Nothing But Thieves is an English alternative rock band formed in 2012 in Southend-on-Sea, Essex that originated as a duo by Conor Mason and Joe Langridge-Brown.
In December of 2012, Langridge-Brown and Mason began to compose original material after meeting at the Skunk Anansie gig in London. Originally a duo, Nothing But Thieves was completed with the additions of Dominic Craik, Philip Blake and James Price. The band then began to gig heavily around London and Essex in 2013.
In 2014, Nothing But Thieves signed with RCA Records, Later that year, the band released their debut single "If I Get High", followed by "Graveyard Whistling" and "Ban All The Music". In 2015, they released their debut self-titled album, Nothing But Thieves, produced by Julian Emery. The album charted in 5 countries with the support of singles like "Itch", "Wake Up Call", "Hostage" and "Trip Switch".
